यः स्थितं योजने शैलं गच्छन्पार्श्वेन सेवते ।
ऊर्ध्वं तथैव कायेन गतः प्राप्नोति योजनम् ॥१८॥

18. He who, moving alongside, traverses a mountain situated a `yojana` (yojana) away; likewise, having gone upwards with his body, he covers a `yojana` (yojana).
