हन्तकारं मनुष्याश्च पिबन्ति सततं स्तनम् ।
एवमाप्याययत्येषा वत्स धेनुस्त्रयीमयी ॥११॥

Humans constantly partake of its breast by making the 'hanta' offering (when giving food). Thus, O child, this cow, which embodies the three Vedas (trayī), truly nourishes them.
