पितृपिण्डनिवृत्तिश्च नैवं साध्वि भविष्यति ॥२८॥

28. karmamārgaḥ samucchedaṃ naivaṃ devi gamiṣyati .
pitṛpiṇḍanivṛttiśca naivaṃ sādhvi bhaviṣyati.

O Goddess, the path of action (karma) will not be completely destroyed in this way. Nor, O virtuous woman, will the offering of ancestral oblations cease in this way.
