महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-6, verse-18

दीपयामास तत्सैन्यं पाण्डवस्य महात्मनः ।
यथा प्रज्वलितः सूर्यो युगान्ते वै वसुंधराम् ॥१८॥
18. dīpayāmāsa tatsainyaṁ pāṇḍavasya mahātmanaḥ ,
yathā prajvalitaḥ sūryo yugānte vai vasuṁdharām.

18. Just as the blazing sun (sūrya) at the end of an era (yugānte) indeed illuminates the entire earth (vasuṃdharām), so too did it illuminate that army (tatsainyam) of the great-souled Pāṇḍava (Arjuna) (mahātmanaḥ pāṇḍavasya).
