महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-55, verse-30

मधुमांसनिवृत्तानां मदाद्दम्भात्तथानृतात् ।
परोपतापत्यक्तानां तां गतिं व्रज पुत्रक ॥३०॥
30. madhumāṁsanivṛttānāṁ madāddambhāttathānṛtāt ,
paropatāpatyaktānāṁ tāṁ gatiṁ vraja putraka.
30. madhumāṃsanivṛttānām madāt dambhāt tathā anṛtāt
paropatāpatyaktānām tām gatim vraja putrak
30. putrak madhumāṃsanivṛttānām madāt dambhāt tathā
anṛtāt paropatāpatyaktānām yā gatim tām vraja
30. O son, attain that state (gati) which is for those who abstain from honey and meat, who are free from intoxication, hypocrisy, and falsehood, and who have abandoned causing harm to others.
