kaurava! etena eva saṃyuge arjunam jñātum alam yat kirīṭinā pālyamānaḥ śikhaṇḍī bhīṣmam avadhīt.

O Kaurava, by this act alone, it is enough to understand Arjuna's prowess in battle: that Shikhaṇḍī was able to slay Bhīṣma while being protected by Kirīṭin (Arjuna).
