आदित्यमुपतिष्ठद्भिस्तत्र चोक्तं महर्षिभिः ।
भूमिपालसहस्राणां भूमिः पास्यति शोणितम् ॥३४॥

34. ādityamupatiṣṭhadbhistatra coktaṁ maharṣibhiḥ ,
bhūmipālasahasrāṇāṁ bhūmiḥ pāsyati śoṇitam.

34. And there, it was declared by the great sages (maharṣis), as they stood before the sun: 'The earth will drink the blood of thousands of kings.'
