महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-147, verse-15

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
विज्ञाय तं बलोन्मत्तं बाहुवीर्येण गर्वितम् ।
हृदयेनावहस्यैनं हनूमान्वाक्यमब्रवीत् ॥१५॥
15. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
vijñāya taṁ balonmattaṁ bāhuvīryeṇa garvitam ,
hṛdayenāvahasyainaṁ hanūmānvākyamabravīt.
15. vaiśaṃpāyanaḥ uvāca vijñāya tam balonmattam bāhuvīryeṇa
garvitam hṛdayena avahasya enam hanūmān vākyam abravīt
15. Vaiśampāyana said: Hanumān, perceiving him to be intoxicated with strength and arrogant due to his arm-power (vīrya), laughed inwardly (hṛdaya) and spoke these words to him.
