महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-147, verse-10

हनूमानुवाच ।
क एष हनुमान्नाम सागरो येन लङ्घितः ।
पृच्छामि त्वा कुरुश्रेष्ठ कथ्यतां यदि शक्यते ॥१०॥
10. hanūmānuvāca ,
ka eṣa hanumānnāma sāgaro yena laṅghitaḥ ,
pṛcchāmi tvā kuruśreṣṭha kathyatāṁ yadi śakyate.
10. hanūmat uvāca kaḥ eṣaḥ hanūmān nāma sāgaraḥ yena
laṅghitaḥ pṛcchāmi tvā kurūśreṣṭha kathyatām yadi śakyate
10. Hanūmān said, 'Who is this person named Hanūmān, by whom the ocean was crossed? O best among the Kurus (kurūśreṣṭha), I ask you, please tell me if you are able to.'
