महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-11, verse-22

सत्यव्रतपराः सर्वे सर्वे पुरुषमानिनः ।
हन्तारो देवशत्रूणां रक्षसां कामरूपिणाम् ।
हिडिम्बबकमुख्यानां किर्मीरस्य च रक्षसः ॥२२॥
22. satyavrataparāḥ sarve sarve puruṣamāninaḥ ,
hantāro devaśatrūṇāṁ rakṣasāṁ kāmarūpiṇām ,
hiḍimbabakamukhyānāṁ kirmīrasya ca rakṣasaḥ.

22. All of them are dedicated to truth and vows, and all are proud (puruṣa-mānin) men. They are the slayers of the enemies of the gods, and of the rākṣasas (rakṣas) who can assume any form at will, including the prominent ones like Hiḍimba and Baka, and the rākṣasa (rakṣas) Kirmīra.
