O Brahmin, those who are not of that advanced nature (i.e., not yet ready for profound inner renunciation) should indeed perform Vedic rituals (yajña) with medicinal plants. But to you, I shall declare that very teaching which prioritizes the abandonment of the intellect (buddhi).
