महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-142, verse-26

पञ्चयज्ञांस्तु यो मोहान्न करोति गृहाश्रमी ।
तस्य नायं न च परो लोको भवति धर्मतः ॥२६॥
26. pañcayajñāṁstu yo mohānna karoti gṛhāśramī ,
tasya nāyaṁ na ca paro loko bhavati dharmataḥ.
26. pañcayajñān tu yaḥ mohāt na karoti gṛhāśramī
tasya na ayam na ca paraḥ lokaḥ bhavati dharmataḥ
26. tu yaḥ gṛhāśramī mohāt pañcayajñān na karoti
tasya dharmataḥ ayam lokaḥ na ca paraḥ na bhavati
26. But whoever, being a householder (gṛhāśramī), does not perform the five great sacrifices (pañcayajña) out of delusion, for him neither this world nor the next exists according to natural law (dharma).
