महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-11, chapter-23, verse-8

शल्यं निपतितं नार्यः परिवार्याभितः स्थिताः ।
वाशिता गृष्टयः पङ्के परिमग्नमिवर्षभम् ॥८॥
8. śalyaṁ nipatitaṁ nāryaḥ parivāryābhitaḥ sthitāḥ ,
vāśitā gṛṣṭayaḥ paṅke parimagnamivarṣabham.

8. The women stood surrounding the fallen Shalya, and wailed like heifers bellowing around a bull completely submerged in mud.
