महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-11, chapter-23, verse-34

द्रोणं द्रुपदपुत्रेण निहतं मधुसूदन ।
कृपी कृपणमन्वास्ते दुःखोपहतचेतना ॥३४॥
34. droṇaṁ drupadaputreṇa nihataṁ madhusūdana ,
kṛpī kṛpaṇamanvāste duḥkhopahatacetanā.

kṛpī kṛpaṇam anu āste duḥkhopahatacetanā
34. madhusūdana kṛpī duḥkhopahatacetanā,
drupadaputreṇa nihatam droṇam kṛpaṇam anu āste
34. O Madhusūdana, Kṛpī, whose consciousness is overwhelmed by sorrow, miserably attends to Droṇa, who was killed by the son of Drupada.
