महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-43, verse-14

तस्मिंश्च सुप्ते विप्रेन्द्रे सवितास्तमियाद्गिरिम् ।
अह्नः परिक्षये ब्रह्मंस्ततः साचिन्तयत्तदा ।
वासुकेर्भगिनी भीता धर्मलोपान्मनस्विनी ॥१४॥
14. tasmiṁśca supte viprendre savitāstamiyādgirim ,
ahnaḥ parikṣaye brahmaṁstataḥ sācintayattadā ,
vāsukerbhaginī bhītā dharmalopānmanasvinī.

astamiyāt girim ahnaḥ parikṣaye brahman
tataḥ sā acintayat tadā vāsukeḥ

14. And when that best of Brahmins (Jaratskāru) was asleep, the sun set behind the mountains, signaling the end of the day. O Brahmā, it was then that Vāsuki's noble-minded sister, fearful of neglecting her duty, reflected.
