अतो न किंचिन्म्रियते न च किंचन जायते ।
चित्त्वात्ततश्चित्कचनं जगदित्यनुभूयते ॥ १३ ॥

Therefore, nothing whatsoever dies, and nothing whatsoever is born. Due to its very nature as consciousness (cit), the world (jagat) is thus experienced as merely the manifestation of consciousness.
