यथा स्वप्ने सुमहती दृष्टा गेहगता शिला ।
व्योमैव केवलं तद्वत्सुशुद्धं चिन्नभःशिला ॥ ९ ॥

yathā svapne sumahatī dṛṣṭā gehagatā śilā ,
vyomaiva kevalaṃ tadvatsuśuddhaṃ cinnabhaḥśilā 9

9. yathā svapne sumahatī dṛṣṭā gehagatā śilā vyoma
eva kevalam tadvat suśuddham cinnabhaḥśilā

9. yathā svapne gehagatā sumahatī śilā dṛṣṭā kevalam vyoma eva (bhavati),
tadvat cinnabhaḥśilā suśuddham (bhavati).

9. Just as a very large stone (śilā) seen within a house in a dream is merely space (vyoman), so too is the stone of consciousness-space (cinnabhaḥśilā) supremely pure.
