इदमित्थमिदं चेत्थं स्वयं ब्रह्मेति भाति यत् ।
तन्नियत्यभिधं प्रोक्तं सर्गसंहाररूपधृक् ॥ ६ ॥

Whatever Brahman itself manifests as—this being in this manner, and that in that manner—that very manifestation, which embodies the forms of creation and dissolution, is declared to be `niyati` (the cosmic law or destiny).
