योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-111, verse-1

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
इति कल्पान्तसदृशे यत्ते समरसंभ्रमे ।
पतन्तीषूत्पतन्तीषु सेनासु समरेजिरे ॥ १ ॥
śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca ,
iti kalpāntasadṛśe yatte samarasaṃbhrame ,
patantīṣūtpatantīṣu senāsu samarejire 1

samarasaṃbhrame patantīṣu utpatantīṣu senāsu samarejire

1. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: Thus, amidst that battlefield's great agitation, which resembled the dissolution of a cosmic cycle (kalpānta), where armies were falling and rising, they raged intensely in combat.
