योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-26, verse-1

भुशुण्ड उवाच ।
एषा हि चित्तविश्रान्तिर्मया प्राणसमाधिना ।
क्रमेणानेन संप्राप्ता स्वयमात्मनि निर्मले ॥ १ ॥

eṣā hi cittaviśrāntirmayā prāṇasamādhinā ,
krameṇānena saṃprāptā svayamātmani nirmale 1

1. Bhusuṇḍa said: This ultimate tranquility of mind (cittaviśrānti) was attained by me through the profound meditation (samādhi) on the vital breath, by this very method, spontaneously within the pure Self (ātman).
