अपरिज्ञात आत्मैव भ्रमतां समुपागतः ।
ज्ञात आत्मत्वमायाति सीमान्तः सर्वसंविदाम् ॥ ४ ॥

The (ātman) self, when unrecognized, itself falls into delusion (saṃsāra). However, when it is known, it attains its true nature (ātmatva), becoming the ultimate boundary of all forms of knowledge.
