योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-10, verse-32

यथा नरो गलन्निद्रो यावत्कलनया मनाक् ।
विमृशत्याशयं तावन्निद्रा तस्य विलीयते ॥ ३२ ॥

vimṛśatyāśayaṃ tāvannidrā tasya vilīyate 32

vimṛśati āśayam tāvat nidrā tasya vilīyate

āśayam vimṛśati tāvat tasya nidrā vilīyate

32. Just as a person who is waking up, as soon as he reflects even a little on his inner state, his sleep dissolves away.
