स्वप्नोपलम्भं सर्गाख्यं स सर्वोऽनुभवन्स्थितः ।

That entire individual, whose body and self (ātman) are enveloped [by illusion], remains for a long time experiencing what is called creation (sarga) as merely a perception in a dream, just as the earth (bhūcakra) keeps revolving.
