For the Moon, Mars, and Saturn, the zenith distance (nata), when doubled and converted into minutes (kalā-ādikam), is then subtracted from sixty. For the remaining planets (Sun, Jupiter, and Venus), it is always one unit (rūpa), which is also the case for Mercury.
