तेषां मध्ये बली कर्ता स एवाऽस्य फलप्रदः ।
योगेष्वाप्तेषु बहुषु नीतिरेवं प्रकीर्तिता ॥३८॥

38. teṣāṃ madhye balī kartā sa evā'sya phalapradaḥ .
yogeṣvāpteṣu bahuṣu nītirevaṃ prakīrtitā.

38. teṣāṃ madhye balī kartā saḥ eva asya phalapradaḥ
yogeṣu āpteṣu bahuṣu nītiḥ evaṃ prakīrtitā

38. Among them, the strongest planet is indeed the agent and the giver of its results. When many such planetary combinations (yoga) are present, this rule (nīti) is thus proclaimed.
