ऊहापोहपटुर्होरास्कन्धश्रवणसम्मतः ।
मैत्रेय सत्यतां यादि तस्य वाक्यं न संशयः ॥४०॥

40. ūhāpohapaṭurhorāskandhaśravaṇasammataḥ .
maitreya satyatāṃ yādi tasya vākyaṃ na saṃśayaḥ.

40. ūhāpohapaṭuḥ horāskandhaśravaṇasammataḥ
maitreya satyatāṃ yāti tasya vākyaṃ na saṃśayaḥ

40. That person who is adept at deliberation and reasoning, and is well-versed in the teachings of the Hora (astrology) branch – O Maitreya, their words attain truth; there is no doubt.
