बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-27, verse-33

रव्यादीनां बलैक्यश्चेत् तदा सुबलिनो मताः ।
अधिकं पूर्णमेव स्याद् बलं चेद्बलिनो द्विज ॥३३॥
33. ravyādīnāṃ balaikyaścet tadā subalino matāḥ .
adhikaṃ pūrṇameva syād balaṃ cedbalino dvija.
33. ravyādīnām bala_aikyaḥ cet tadā subalinaḥ matāḥ
adhikam pūrṇam eva syāt balam cet balinaḥ dvija
33. O twice-born (dvija), if the combined strength (bala) of the Sun and other planets is achieved, then they are considered very strong. If the strength (bala) is even greater than this, it should indeed be considered full.
