मन्वादीनां मुनीन्द्राणां सूर्याचन्द्रमसोस्तथा ।
तान्नमस्याम्यहं सर्वान्पितरश्चार्णवेषु ये ॥५॥

5. manvādīnāṃ munīndrāṇāṃ sūryācandramasostathā .

I bow to the chief sages (munīndrāṇām) headed by Manu, and similarly to the sun and the moon. I also bow to all those Pitṛs (pitaraḥ) who reside in the oceans.
