मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-94, verse-29

अन्यायोपात्तवित्तेन यदि वा कृतमन्यथा ।
अश्राद्धार्हैरुपहतैरुपहारैस्तथा कृतम् ॥२९॥
29. anyāyopāttavittena yadi vā kṛtamanyathā .
aśrāddhārhairupahatairupahāraistathā kṛtam.

29. Or if it is performed with wealth obtained unjustly, or done improperly in any other way; or similarly, if it is performed with defective offerings or by individuals unworthy of participating in a śrāddha (śrāddha) ceremony.
