मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-94, verse-11

अग्निरूपांस्तथैवान्यान्नमस्यामि पितॄनहम् ।
अग्नीषोममयं विश्वं यत एतदशेषतः ॥११॥
11. agnirūpāṃstathaivānyānnamasyāmi pitṝnaham .
agnīṣomamayaṃ viśvaṃ yata etadaśeṣataḥ.
11. agnirūpān tathā eva anyān namasyāmi pitṝn
aham agnīṣomamayam viśvam yataḥ etat aśeṣataḥ
11. I likewise bow to other ancestors (pitṛs) who embody the form of Agni (fire), because this entire universe (viśva) is composed of Agni and Soma.
