मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-70, verse-5

साहं हृता बलाकेन राक्षसेन दुरात्मना ।
प्रसुप्ता भवनस्यान्ते भ्रातृमातृवियोजिता ॥५॥
5. sāhaṃ hṛtā balākena rākṣasena durātmanā .
prasuptā bhavanasyānte bhrātṛmātṛviyojitā.
5. sā aham hṛtā balākena rākṣasena durātmanā
prasuptā bhavanasya ante bhrātṛmātṛviyojitā
5. Indeed, I was abducted by the evil-souled (durātman) Rākṣasa, Balāka, while I was sleeping at the edge of my dwelling, having been separated from my brothers and mother.
