नास्य दोषो न वा तस्य मम भर्तुर्महात्मनः ।
ममैव दोषो नान्यस्य सुकृतं ह्युपभुज्यते ॥३५॥

The fault lies neither with this demon nor with my noble-souled (mahātman) husband. The fault is indeed my own, and no one else's, for verily, the results of good deeds (sukṛtam) are always experienced.
