मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-126, verse-13

तेन यस्याखिलं यज्ञे भूमिभागादिकं द्विज ।
प्रासादाश्च कृताः शुभ्रास्तपसा सर्वकाञ्चनाः ॥१३॥
13. tena yasyākhilaṃ yajñe bhūmibhāgādikaṃ dvija .
prāsādāśca kṛtāḥ śubhrāstapasā sarvakāñcanāḥ.

13. dvija,
tena yasya yajñe akhilaṃ bhūmibhāgādikaṃ ca śubhrāḥ sarvakāñcanāḥ prāsādāḥ tapasā kṛtāḥ.
13. O Brahmin (dvija), by that person, whose entire land-divisions and similar arrangements for the Vedic ritual (yajña), and also splendid, all-golden palaces, were constructed through ascetic practice (tapas).
