ततस्तं पतितं भूमौ नाराचेन समाहतम् ।
वज्रेणेव यथा शृङ्गं पर्वतस्य महाधनम् ॥४०॥

40. Then he (Suratha) lay fallen on the ground, struck by the arrow, just as a magnificent peak of a mountain (parvata), rich in treasures, is struck down by a thunderbolt (vajra).
