महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-47, verse-32

अश्वानस्यावधीद्भोजो गौतमः पार्ष्णिसारथी ।
शेषास्तु छिन्नधन्वानं शरवर्षैरवाकिरन् ॥३२॥
32. aśvānasyāvadhīdbhojo gautamaḥ pārṣṇisārathī ,
śeṣāstu chinnadhanvānaṁ śaravarṣairavākiran.
32. aśvān asya avadhīt bhojaḥ gautamaḥ pārṣṇi-sārathī
śeṣāḥ tu chinna-dhanvānam śara-varṣaiḥ avākiran
32. bhojaḥ asya aśvān avadhīt; gautamaḥ pārṣṇi-sārathī

32. Bhoja killed his horses, and Gautama killed his charioteer (pārṣṇisārathi). But the remaining warriors showered the one whose bow was broken with volleys of arrows.
