महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-89, verse-18

कृतार्था भुञ्जते दूताः पूजां गृह्णन्ति चैव हि ।
कृतार्थं मां सहामात्यस्त्वमर्चिष्यसि भारत ॥१८॥
18. kṛtārthā bhuñjate dūtāḥ pūjāṁ gṛhṇanti caiva hi ,
kṛtārthaṁ māṁ sahāmātyastvamarciṣyasi bhārata.
18. kṛtārthāḥ bhuñjate dūtāḥ pūjām gṛhṇanti ca eva hi
kṛtārtham mām saha-āmātyaḥ tvam arciṣyasi bhārata
18. Messengers who have accomplished their mission enjoy honor and indeed receive reverence. O Bhārata (Dhṛtarāṣṭra), you, along with your ministers, will honor me, who will have achieved my purpose.
