महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-22, verse-29

पराक्रमं मे यदवेदयन्त तेषामर्थे संजय केशवस्य ।
अनुस्मरंस्तस्य कर्माणि विष्णोर्गावल्गणे नाधिगच्छामि शान्तिम् ॥२९॥
29. parākramaṁ me yadavedayanta; teṣāmarthe saṁjaya keśavasya ,
anusmaraṁstasya karmāṇi viṣṇo;rgāvalgaṇe nādhigacchāmi śāntim.
29. parākramam me yat avedayanta
teṣām arthe saṃjaya keśavasya
anusmaran tasya karmāṇi viṣṇoḥ
gāvālgaṇe na adhigacchāmi śāntim
29. O Saṃjaya, because they (the Kauravas) revealed the prowess of Keśava (Krishna) for their own sake (by being defeated by him), remembering those deeds (karma) of that Viṣṇu (Krishna), O Gāvālgaṇa (son of Gavalguni), I find no peace.
