न भयान्नाप्यनुक्रोशान्न लोभान्नार्थकाम्यया ।

Neither from fear, nor from compassion, nor from greed, nor from the desire for gain, would I abandon the intrinsic nature (dharma) of a warrior. This is the vow I have undertaken.
