तुल्यशीलवयोयुक्तां तुल्याभिजनसंयुताम् ।
नैषधोऽर्हति वैदर्भीं तं चेयमसितेक्षणा ॥२३॥
23. tulyaśīlavayoyuktāṁ tulyābhijanasaṁyutām ,
naiṣadho'rhati vaidarbhīṁ taṁ ceyamasitekṣaṇā.
