महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-60, verse-38

उक्तमात्रे तु वचने तया स मृगजीवनः ।
व्यसुः पपात मेदिन्यामग्निदग्ध इव द्रुमः ॥३८॥
38. uktamātre tu vacane tayā sa mṛgajīvanaḥ ,
vyasuḥ papāta medinyāmagnidagdha iva drumaḥ.

38. But as soon as those words were spoken by her, that hunter fell lifeless to the ground, just like a tree consumed by fire.
