महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-60, verse-36

दमयन्ती तु दुःखार्ता पतिराज्यविनाकृता ।
अतीतवाक्पथे काले शशापैनं रुषा किल ॥३६॥
36. damayantī tu duḥkhārtā patirājyavinākṛtā ,
atītavākpathe kāle śaśāpainaṁ ruṣā kila.
36. damayantī tu duḥkhārtā pati-rājya-vinākṛtā
atīta-vākpathe kāle śaśāpa enam ruṣā kila
36. However, Damayantī, tormented by sorrow and bereft of her husband and kingdom, at a time when all speech was past, indeed cursed him out of anger.
