ये चास्य सचिवा मन्दाः कर्णसौबलकादयः ।
तेऽप्यस्य भूयसो दोषान्वर्धयन्ति विचेतसः ॥३५॥

35. ye cāsya sacivā mandāḥ karṇasaubalakādayaḥ ,
te'pyasya bhūyaso doṣānvardhayanti vicetasaḥ.

35. ye ca asya sacivāḥ mandāḥ karṇa-saubalakā-ādayaḥ
te api asya bhūyasaḥ doṣān vardhayanti vicetasaḥ

35. And his dull-witted ministers, such as Karṇa, Śakuni (Saubalaka), and others—they, being senseless, also increase his many faults.

35. ואותם שרי עצתו הטיפשים, קַרְנַה, שַׁקוּנִי בן סוּבַּלַה ושכמותם, גם הם מגדילים את פגמיו הרבים, כי חסרי שכל הם.
