किं कृतं सूत कर्णेन वदता परुषं वचः ।
पर्याप्तं वैरमेतावद्यत्कृष्णा सा सभां गता ॥३२॥

32. dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca ,
kiṁ kṛtaṁ sūta karṇena vadatā paruṣaṁ vacaḥ ,
paryāptaṁ vairametāvadyatkṛṣṇā sā sabhāṁ gatā.

Dhṛtarāṣṭra said: "O charioteer (sūta), what was done by Karṇa, speaking such harsh words? Is this much animosity (vaira) considered sufficient, seeing that Kṛṣṇā (Draupadī) herself was taken to the assembly?"
