महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-268, verse-40

ततः प्रत्यवहारोऽभूत्सैन्यानां राघवाज्ञया ।
कृते विमर्दे लङ्कायां लब्धलक्षो जयोत्तरः ॥४०॥
40. tataḥ pratyavahāro'bhūtsainyānāṁ rāghavājñayā ,
kṛte vimarde laṅkāyāṁ labdhalakṣo jayottaraḥ.
40. tataḥ pratyavahāraḥ abhūt sainyānām rāghava-ājñayā
kṛte vimarde laṅkāyām labdha-lakṣaḥ jaya-uttaraḥ
40. Then, by Rāma's (Rāghava's) command, after the destruction in Laṅkā had been carried out, there was a withdrawal of the armies, having achieved their objective and secured victory.
