महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-21, verse-23

न हया न रथो वीर न यन्ता मम दारुकः ।
अदृश्यन्त शरैश्छन्नास्तथाहं सैनिकाश्च मे ॥२३॥
23. na hayā na ratho vīra na yantā mama dārukaḥ ,
adṛśyanta śaraiśchannāstathāhaṁ sainikāśca me.

adṛśyanta śaraiḥ channāḥ tathā aham sainikāḥ ca me
23. O hero, neither the horses nor the chariot, nor my charioteer Daruka, were visible, as they were all covered by arrows; and similarly, I and my soldiers were also covered.
