karmabhūmimimāṁ prāpya punaryānti surālayam.

Those with the eye of knowledge (jñānacakṣuṣaḥ) fully understand their own self (ātman) and the Supreme in all states—whether it is departing from a previous state, being born, or residing in the womb. Having attained this land of action (karma-bhūmi), they return again to the abode of the gods.
