महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-181, verse-13

सर्वे देवैः समायान्ति स्वच्छन्देन नभस्तलम् ।
ततश्च पुनरायान्ति सर्वे स्वच्छन्दचारिणः ॥१३॥

13. All of them, by their own will, ascend to the celestial realm along with the gods. And from there, all those who move freely return again.
