महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-90, verse-18

तत्र वेदविदो राजंश्चक्रुः कर्माणि याजकाः ।
परिक्रमन्तः शास्त्रज्ञा विधिवत्साधुशिक्षिताः ॥१८॥
18. tatra vedavido rājaṁścakruḥ karmāṇi yājakāḥ ,
parikramantaḥ śāstrajñā vidhivatsādhuśikṣitāḥ.
