महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-78, verse-29

हयांश्चास्य महाकायान्महावेगपराक्रमान् ।
चकार राज्ञो निर्जीवान्प्रहसन्पाण्डवर्षभः ॥२९॥
29. hayāṁścāsya mahākāyānmahāvegaparākramān ,
cakāra rājño nirjīvānprahasanpāṇḍavarṣabhaḥ.

cakāra rājñaḥ nirjīvān prahasan pāṇḍava-ṛṣabhaḥ
29. The chief of the Pāṇḍavas, laughing, rendered lifeless the king's massive horses, which possessed great speed and might.
