33.
One should not harm cows, even with the mind, for they indeed are givers of happiness. One should always honor them and worship them with salutations. A self-controlled (dāntaḥ) person with a contented mind (prītamanāḥ) thus constantly attains the prosperity (vyuṣṭi) of cows.
